Alabama engineers work directly within SquadUp Labs delivery teams, with the same backlog, tools, engineering practices and delivery cadence. No separate Alabama project layer.

Depending on the project, that capacity can include software engineering, QA or more senior technical roles. SquadUp Labs adjusts engineering capacity as its portfolio changes while keeping product and client leadership in-house.
